Scott Fewell, CEO of LMS since 2018, brings a rich legal and leadership background to the role. Prior to joining LMS, Scott was a Director at Dinse, Knapp & McAndrew, P.C., where he served as General Counsel to LMS for several years before transitioning into a full-time executive role. Scott holds degrees from Letourneau University, the University of Texas at Arlington, and Vermont Law School. His experience includes serving as LMS’s COO and General Counsel since 2016, a progression that set the stage for his leadership today. He is committed to driving the strategic direction of LMS and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

With over 27 years of experience in aviation and military markets, Gregory Maguire leads LMS’s business development efforts while serving as General Counsel. Before joining LMS in 2019, Gregory held similar roles at Revision Military, where he secured over $17 million in congressional funding and expanded the product line. His career spans key positions, including State Director for Vermont’s Procurement Technical Assistance Center and Vermont’s State Aviation Director. Gregory’s achievements include obtaining congressional funding for fuel measurement efforts in UAS and increasing airline service in Vermont, which earned awards for the fastest-growing airport. Gregory’s legal expertise complements his extensive background in aviation and government procurement.

Jason Corrigan has been a key player at LMS since joining in 2017, currently serving as Director of Engineering and Operations. He began his aerospace career as a Software Engineer at Goodrich, now Collins Aerospace, where he honed his technical skills. Jason holds a BS from Vermont Technical College and an MS from Clarkson University. In his leadership role, he oversees the Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering departments, ensuring that LMS delivers high-quality products that comply with industry standards. His commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement drives the success of the engineering teams. Outside of work, Jason enjoys exploring Vermont’s outdoors with his family.

With a career spanning both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, Sarah Paxman-Bean is an experienced finance and IT professional who has been with LMS since 2017. After serving as Senior Controller with oversight of IT, Sarah was promoted to Director of Finance & IT in 2019, and later took on additional responsibilities for Human Resources. Her achievements at LMS include transitioning the company to GAAP accounting, streamlining financial reporting, and implementing new credit card and payroll systems. Sarah is driven by a passion for continuous improvement, and she enjoys fostering collaboration and transparency within the organization. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys working out and spending time with her family.

Senior Business Development Specialist-Military
David Baczewski brings over 30 years of military and aerospace expertise to his role as Senior Business Development Specialist at LMS. A retired Brigadier General in the United States Air Force, he has logged over 4,000 flight hours, primarily in the F-16, and held various command positions. Dave earned his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 1988 and holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University.
His military experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Operations at U.S. European Command (EUCOM), directing operations across 51 countries, and as Executive Officer to the Deputy Commander of U.S. Northern Command. At LMS, Dave focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the Department of Defense, leveraging his extensive knowledge of military requirements and operations.

Ashley Jacquinto brings over 10 years of sales experience to LMS, where she focuses on driving growth in the emerging commercial market for fuel management. Her professional background spans direct consumer sales, business-to-business sales, and key account management. Since joining LMS in January 2024, Ashley has played a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with business development efforts, helping increase sales and identify new market opportunities. Recognized for deploying effective global marketing campaigns, Ashley credits LMS’s culture of respect and collaboration for her successful transition to Vermont and her passion for her role.
